How long does my order take to ship?

Your order should be baked and shipped within 5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation once your biscotti leaves our kitchen. For expedited orders, please contact us.

How can I get free shipping?

Great question. Use discount code FREESHIP40 to get free ground shipping on all orders over $40. Or if you’re local to Western Washington, during checkout, choose to pick up your order at one of our farmers market stands.

Why do you only ship in Washington State? 

Because Northwest Biscotti is made in a home kitchen, our permit only allows us to sell within Washington State at this time. Please contact us for special orders or with any questions.

What is your return policy? 

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us so we can make it right. 

All purchases are final.

We do not take responsibility for any damaged products or packaging that occur during or after pick-up/delivery or shipping, including third party delivery.
